RS Tasting: The Glenlivet 14-Year-Old

On the rooftop patio at the STOCK TC, we welcomed a dynamic new spin on an old classic, The Glenlivet 14-Year-Old. This innovative single malt expression features the brand’s signature citrus and floral notes with a rich finish of raisins, chocolate and licorice from select ex-Cognac casks.

As a whisky lover who has traveled as far as Scotland to find the perfect tipple, I was elated to have the opportunity to experience this signature single malt. What piqued my interest most about the 14-Year-Old is that it’s the first single malt whisky selectively finished in high quality ex-cognac casks on the Canadian market.
