SE Asia can be a very difficult place to find artisanal tequila, but we were introduced to this gem during our stay in #cambodia at the incomparable @shintamaniwild Oddly, this tequila seems to ONLY be available in Asia at the moment. From NOM 1146, known for producing top-quality tequilas, @arquitectotequila blanco strikes a nice balance of peppery and subtly sweet. At 42.5% ABV, it stands up beautifully in a cocktail but is also very enjoyable to sip neat.
