Sapsucker Sparkling Tree Water Introduces “The Lime Vodka One”

Ontario-based and female-founded sparkling tree water brand, Sapsucker, has launched its first-ever alcoholic refreshment! Sapsucker Hard, also known as ‘The Lime Vodka One,’ was released in April. Just like their original sparkling tree waters, their “clean, crisp, and crushable” Hard beverage is made from organic maple tree water, with the addition of organic vodka. With only 110 calories and 0 grams of fat per can, this refreshing, bubbly, lime beverage contains 4% alcohol and is perfect for summertime!

When Sapsucker first launched, they came out with three flavours: Original, Lime and Lemon. Later, they added Orange and Grapefruit to the lineup. A number of customers said that they loved using Sapsucker to mix with various alcoholic products, so they decided to introduce themselves to the alcohol industry.

Their tree water is tapped from Canadian maple trees and since maple is a byproduct of the trees natural growth process, collecting this essential ingredient causes no harm to the trees.

Although Sapsucker is available in over 1500 stores, including LCBO’s, they still make an effort to focus on local retailers such as Essence of Life Organics. With the goal of reinventing the sparkling water space through their maple water concept, Sapsucker plans to keep expanding its business.

They recently partnered with tentree to turn their vibrant can colors into limited edition Earth-First essentials made from organic and recycled materials. When an item is purchased from the sweatsuit collection, 10 trees are planted. This collaboration goes hand in hand with Sapsucker’s values – while tentree is planting trees, Sapsucker is keeping them standing. Talk about looking good and doing good!
