Opus Introduces Handcrafted, Alcohol-Free Cocktails in a Can!

As beer-filled barbeques and wine nights on the beach come to an end, many Canadians are altering their consumption habits for the colder months ahead. While behind the bar, Christos Kalaitzis recognized this shift after more and more people started requesting non-alcoholic drinks disguised as alcoholic ones. Kalaitzis has 16 years of mixology experience and his team produces Opus cocktails out of Vancouver, B.C. After surveying the city’s bar scene to find which drinks are ordered the most, he found that Gin and Tonics and Aperitivo Spritzes were the most popular. As a result, Kalaitzis handcrafted the Opus beverages using bitters and tinctures that are made with real spices, herbs and 100% plant-based flavours from fruits.
